It has come to the attention of Equiti Capital UK Limited (Equiti UK) that Equiti UK’s name, address, company information and regulatory information is being improperly used on fx-digital.com (FX-Digital) to misrepresent that Fx-Digital is a “trading names” of, or is in some way associated with, Equiti UK.

This notice is issued to clarify that:

1. in accordance with its regulatory permissions, Equiti UK does not provide services to retail clients and only provides services to Elective Counterparties and Professional Clients (as defined by the Financial Conduct Authority (the FCA) Handbook and regulations);
   
   
2. Equiti UK does not operate under any trading names other than those identified on the FCA Financial Services Register, which are limited to “Equiti Capital UK Limited”, “Equiti UK” and “Equiti Capital”;
   
   
3. there is no, and there never has been a, relationship between Equiti UK and FX-Digital, and FX-Digital is not connected to Equiti UK in any manner; and
   
   
4. Equiti UK has not permitted any entities or websites to use its information, including FX-Digital.
   

Any representations to the contrary are false and no reliance should be placed on such representations.
