Senior Account Manager

ABOUT THIS JOB

We are looking for Senior Account Manager. The Associate will be responsible for supporting Sales team, develop and maintain relationship with potential clients, partners via telephone, email and face-to-face meetings. Individual will report directly to the firm’s Head of Sales and will work as part of the Sales team to bring on new clients by using their current experience within the market and using their own sources.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Initiate sales for FX products by calling and or/emailing leads
  • Source prospective clients for the company’s products from their own client list
  • Follow up on all prospects via phone calls and emails
  • Develop and maintain relationship with potential clients, partners via telephone, email and face-to-face meetings
  • Gather market and customer information
  • Maintain leads in an organised manner
  • Liaise with Line Manager to promote lead acquisition and follow up on targeted marketing campaigns
  • Provide feedback to Line Manager on success of promotional campaigns and client requirements/trends
  • Support clients on the use of platforms, systems, trading and onboarding processes via email, skype and over the phone
  • Analyze key industry challenges facing global financial markets and potential scenarios shaping the future landscape of the financial markets industry
  • Closely monitor competitor's activity on daily basis and provide market-leading remittance rates
  • Analyze and advise on information concerning foreign exchange market trends
  • Work on firm-wide special projects related to process improvements
  • Provide high quality, accurate reporting

REQUIREMENTS

  • 2+ years of working in financial services/Banking, especially margin trading for FX or CFDs preferable
  • BA/Finance/Security Market
  • Demonstrate a strong interest and passion for financial markets, international affairs and geopolitical events
  • Fluent written and oral Russian.
  • Knowlede of English language at least on technical level
  • Proven sales track record and strong negotiation skills
  • Ability to understand and explain risk
  • Ability to work independently under tight deadlines and effectively manage multiple tasks
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, talkative and persuasive
  • Think quickly and problem-solve in real time

ABOUT THIS JOB

Management of the London platform for the Equiti Group with implementation of the Groups’ business vision and business model in the UK.

Takes responsibility for business development in the UK and using the UK hub to open up & penetrate the European markets.

The holder fulfils a leadership role by being responsible for all day-to-day operational management decisions in the UK, consulting where necessary as per the Equiti Group governance model. Acts as a direct liaison between the GCEO and other local management & local function heads. The holder will be primarily responsible for the achievement of the Groups targets in the UK, monitored through KPI/Scorecard and for ensuring legal & regulatory compliance in all respect and accordingly is aware & understands the risk of each business area/line.

Contributes as a Member of the Global Management Committee to Global business matters, as well as supporting the Equiti seamless business & operating model, regardless of location.

This is a full Board of Director level position and will be subject to FCA approval as a CF3 controlled function.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As part of the UK Board of Directors defines the Conduct Risk Framework and ensures appropriate systems and controls are in place across the business to meet defined standards.

REQUIREMENTS

· 15+ years’ experience in the brokerage environment

· Min. 5 years in a Senior related managerial position.

· MBA preferred and/or industrial certification.

· Strong commercial background (both institutional & retail) with extensive industry network & industry credibility.

Social Media Marketing Manager

ABOUT THIS JOB

As the Social Media Marketing Manager (SMMM) at Equiti, you’ll be responsible for managing and delivering all social media activities for clients. In this highly visible role, a successful hire will “own” social media and will be directly accountable to client results.

The first order of business is to assess our current social media marketing processes and strategies. Along with the company stakeholders, the SMMM will create and implement the social media strategy framework that will be applied to each client engagement, including Equiti’s internal social media program. This position is far from boring!

RESPONSIBILITIES

Managing the social media marketing strategy for Equiti and Equiti’s clients; focusing on LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Google+, YouTube, SlideShare and more..

Execution of all social media activities (i.e. tweeting, sharing, engaging, liking, increasing social reach, doing the heavy lifting, etc) for equiti and equiti’s clients.

Communicating in a professional, but unique social media “voice” for each client; directly aligned with the clients’ thought leadership and content platform.

Creating social media campaigns and calls-to-action that drive target buyers to client sites and generate leads for our clients.

REQUIREMENTS

Native Arabic speaker

Bachelor’s Degree or higher

At least 5+  SMM  experience at a facing tech company or agency (FX industry is a plus)

A portfolio, representing a wide range of highly relevant, B2B or B2C - facing work

Ability to work on multiple projects at once

Detail-oriented, responsive to feedback and comfortable with tight deadlines

Extremely strong written (British) English is a requirement (fluent English is preferred)

Senior Front-End Web Developer

ABOUT THIS JOB

We are looking for a Front-End Web Developer who is motivated to combine the art of design with the art of programming. Responsibilities will include translation of the UI/UX design wireframes to actual code that will produce visual elements of the application. You will work with the UI/UX designer and bridge the gap between graphical design and technical implementation, taking an active role on both sides and defining how the application looks as well as how it works.

Good understanding of server-side CSS pre-processing platforms, such as LESS and SASS

Good understanding of asynchronous request handling, partial page updates, and AJAX
